Members receive full access to the Foothills Family Collective Provider Directory, a carefully curated network of trusted, locally connected professionals.

This directory is designed to help families feel confident and supported when choosing care that aligns with their needs and values.

Guided Referral Pathways

Beyond a standard directory, Foothills Family Collective helps families understand where to begin and what support may be most helpful at each stage.

Guidance on what type of provider may best fit your current needs
Suggested care pathways (for example: pregnancy through postpartum and early childhood support)
Trusted referrals within our provider network when additional guidance is needed
